2. Services Provided
Alair Travel LLC provides luxury travel content and related services, including curated destination guides, hotel and product recommendations, affiliate-linked lifestyle essentials, and digital travel resources. We also offer booking assistance for select travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
In addition to editorial content, Alair Travel produces user-generated content (UGC) for hospitality and lifestyle brands, including photography, short-form video, and promotional media. UGC services are offered on a limited basis and are subject to individual brand agreements.
Alair Travel also provides consulting services to travel and hospitality brands, including content strategy, guest experience audits, and brand positioning insights. Consulting offerings are customized and available upon request.
When acting as a travel advisor, Alair Travel serves solely as an agent for the Client in matters related to sightseeing tours, cruises, hotels, meals, and other services, including all transportation whether by air, motor coach, rail, car, boat, or other means. All services are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of third-party providers.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
Alair Travel LLC participates in affiliate marketing programs, which means we may earn a small commission if you click on or purchase products through certain links on our website, blog, emails, or curated guides. It doesn’t cost you anything extra.
We only link what we would actually book, pack, or wear ourselves (and probably already have). Affiliate income helps support the creation of curated content, refined destination guides, reef-safe SPF recommendations, and the best travel outfits in the security line.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Booking and Payment
5.1 Booking: When making a booking through our Website or with Alair Travel directly, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.
5.2 Payment: Payments must be made using the methods specified. Full payment may be required at the time of booking or according to the terms specified for each service.
5.3 Cancellation and Refunds: All cancellation requests must be sent to Alair Travel in writing. Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the third-party service providers. As a result of cancellation of or rescheduling a confirmed itinerary, Alair Travel’s and Suppliers’ cancellation and rescheduling penalties and change fees will apply. Each Supplier will have their own cancellation or rescheduling fee, which Client understands fluctuates depending on the Supplier. All cancellation and rescheduling fees will be charged to the credit card or other payment method Client authorized to pay for travel services or deducted from the Suppliers’ refunds.
6. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services, content, or features offered on our Website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Alair Travel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alair Travel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website or the services provided. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
