THE PLANNING PROCESS

Let's Chat!
It all starts with a complimentary chat to get to know one another and see if we are the right fit. Just fill out our contact form to set up a convenient time for us to speak. If after speaking with you, we feel like you are a great fit for our firm, we will send you an invoice for our agreed upon concierge fee (fees start at $250 and vary depending on the type of trip). It is important to note that this fee is separate from any fees to be associated with your booking, it is simply to cover our time spent researching and advising you on the best options for your trip.

The Options
After we understand what it is you are looking for, we go to work, tapping into our specialized knowledge and reaching out to our close partnerships with the best hotels, cruise lines, local guides, tour companies, and experience providers around the world to create an extraordinary experience just for you.

Collaboration
We then present you with a virtual tour of the best options. Often we find that our clients are ecstatic with our first pass, so much so that they want to add elements. You may decide you want an extra day here... a different tour experience there... a spa treatment here... no problem! We work with you, adjusting as necessary until every detail is just how you want it. Once everything looks perfect, we take care of all the booking arrangements and provide you with all of your confirmations, reservations, recommendations and a personalized itinerary to print out or access via an app
